Dr. Otero Cruz, NIEF manager, had the opportunity to show the instrumentation and services of the NIEF in the 7th Lilly Academy Technical Forum held at the Puerto Rico Convention Center, San Juan, P.R. The Lilly Academy Technical Forum is a local scientific meeting sponsored by Lilly del Caribe to create a bridge between academia and Lilly scientists.
